Arguments

context: Existing study context GeoPackage path.
selection: Saved Survey Collection selection GeoPackage path.
members: Selected candidate keys belonging to this group.
stream_ids: Applicable saved Stream IDs.
year: Known acquisition year (required).
month: Acquisition month or NA for year precision.
cell_size: Positive finite output spacing in the saved planar CRS unit.
rationale: Optional analyst notes; an empty string is allowed. Provider acquisition evidence is retained independently.
dsn: New GeoPackage destination; never replaced.
previous: Previous group snapshot, or NULL for a new stable identity.
event_ids: Existing Reach-owned Survey Event IDs, or character().

Value

New snapshot path invisibly. Does not create FGDB Events or rasters.
